I designed this 12-week workout plan specifically for the busy mom/beezy on the go. You do NOT need a gym membership, or any special equipment to complete these workouts. A general fitness base is recommended. If you cannot currently run 3 miles without stopping, or have not regularly pushed your body with HIIT exercises, we would suggest a milder program at first to build your strength.

  • All workouts take 25 minutes or less!
  • #gymanywhere: You can complete these workouts ANYWHERE! No gym necessary
  • Based off your own bodyweight so you will only progress and complete movements as quickly and safely as YOUR body needs 
  • HIIT has been known to stimulate fat loss faster than typical cardio/weights programs
  • FUN! You will NOT get bored with these workouts, you will move the whole time and the workouts will fly by
